We are pleased to confirm that Jordan Downing has joined the club on a month’s loan from Stockport County.
The 22-year-old centre-half took part in the behind closed-door friendly on Monday playing for AFC against ironically his parent club, Stockport County. The necessary paperwork has now been completed to facilitate the loan between the two clubs and Jordan is available to take his place in the squad for tomorrow’s game against Cheadle Town.
